How far in advance of my event should I schedule my chair covers?

How far in advance of my event should I schedule my chair covers?

Typically, three months of notice is requested to ensure date availability, and availability of your unique colors. We not only provide you with the chair cover and linen rental, but we also provide you with the labor to set them up and tear them down. We are there on your special day so we need as much notice as possible to ensure our highly dedicated staff can be there for your event. Once you know where and when your event will be held, it is best to order your chair covers and linens.

I'm ready to order, what is your payment policy?

We require a 30% deposit at time of booking, in order to save your special date, and guarantee product. The other 70% is due 15 days before the special day. We don't want to bother you with details on your day, when you have plenty of other things to worry about.

Your prices are a lot lower than other full service chair cover and linen companies. Am I getting the same quality product?

We believe in setting up and tearing down your event for you so you don't have more things to worry about on your special day. We include labor with our prices because we feel this day is too special for you to worry about it.

How do I coordinate the labor for the chair covers?

Simple. Just tell us where and when your event is, and we'll take care of the rest. We will do the coordinating with the event site. If we have a question we need you to answer, we promise to make it simple and painless for you. We know you have bigger issues to worry about, which is why we will take care of all of your needs regarding the chair covers and linens. We have worked with almost every location in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, so we are comfortable knowing their event facilities.
